ALL clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you’ll be charged a $10 late fee that will be applied to your appointment. At 15 minutes late you will not be seen and you will be charged 50% of your services booked using the card on file. (It’s best to call if you are running late!) Cancelations/No-Shows I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no- shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Add ons/ Soak off Please remember to select any add ons in addition to your nail services, if add ons are not booked, you will not be able to receive any designs. If you need your nails soaked off, select acrylic soak off in addition to your nail service. All services are final, no refunds! Any potential mishaps and minor fixes are free of charge within 72hrs of your original service. No extra people allowed meaning no children/ friends ,boyfriend no baby daddies, aunties, cousins no one sorry this my home… and I just don’t have the room.
